We consult with you to understand in depth what you need and want from your project, whether it be a full scale multi unit project, house construction or remodelling and rejuvenating a home.

Any project which involves creating something special requires a deep understanding of what a client wants to achieve. Whether it is grand and striking or understated and practical everyone's vision is different. By listening to what you want and confirming it back to you in a formal return brief Mac Property Solutions can confidently present a solution, accurately costed that will meet the most exacting needs.
Specification & Design
Once we have the brief, including desired budgets, scope of desired outcomes and timeframes, a detailed design and specification is completed.

MPS works with a core team of architects, interior designers and trades to create detailed plans and specifications before any physical work begins on site. That way a clear set of outcomes and expectations is defined. These, along side a provisional timeline for all stages of work, give our clients confidence in what we will deliver and when.
Project Management & Building
Once the solution has been clearly defined, the building of structure, services and finishes can begin.
